"This company is a joke. Did everything they asked us to do and they dropped our home insurance for “lack of maintenance” I just put 6k into removing a tree that State Farm declined to fix my roof after a hail storm blew through last year when a branch fell. 8k in a new driveway. Cut all of the trees, bushes, weeds and still they denied us. Look- deaf ears and I’m wasting my time with this review. Howard is absent minded and took 8 months to realize he never changed to policy over to a “rental” policy to our home- then all of a sudden we are denied coverage!? Seems fishy timing. Terrible company, agent and good riddance after nearly 11 years of doing business."
